In this episode we have an opportunity to gain insight into what
happens when a team of professionals from a partnership attend SILP
training. 2 & a half years on, Margaret Tench shares with me the
experience of her & her colleagues, including the challenges they
have faced.
Margaret also shares her advice for any team considering building
reviewer capacity from with the partnership.
